Frequently asked questions
How does it relate to KVKK and ISO/IEC 27001?
The training content is mapped to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A 6.3 (awareness, education and training) and related controls, and to KVKK art. 12 (data security measures); reports show which control a record supports. The platform helps you produce evidence for audits; it does not guarantee a certification result.
What data is kept about employees?
Name, corporate e-mail, department and training results (score, date, certificate). No other personal data is collected. The platform provides person deletion and anonymization and data export tools.
Where is the data stored?
Data is stored on servers in Türkiye.
How do videos work?
Videos do not load until the employee presses play. If your organization prefers, it can turn video off and show only the text version.
Is there a phishing simulation?
