- Receiving, evaluating and responding to requests you send by contact form, email or phone,
- Conducting preliminary discussions and quotation processes for our services,
- Ensuring the security of the Site and our information systems and preventing unauthorised access and misuse,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), that it is mandatory for us to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), that it is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and that processing is mandatory for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact forms on the Site, by email and by phone, directly from you, and also by automated means such as server logs while you use the Site.
6. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to authorised public bodies within the scope of our legal obligations and to the infrastructure providers we use (web hosting, email and information security services).
Transfers abroad: Our Site is hosted on servers located in the United States of America. In addition, the Site loads some of its image content from a third-party server (Unsplash); when you visit the Site, your IP address and browser information may be transmitted to this service provider. Transfers abroad are carried out with the safeguards required under Article 9 of KVKK.
7. Cookies
Our Site does not place marketing, advertising or analytics cookies in visitors’ browsers.
8. Retention period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; after that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
9. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK and request that this be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
10. How to apply
You can send your requests regarding the rights above, together with information that identifies you, by email to info@troybilgiteknolojileri.com or in writing to the address above. Depending on their nature, your requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process requires a separate cost, a fee according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
